The hearing before the Florida Legislature's special committee will be rebroadcast on C-Span at 11:15 p.m. ET. I watched it earlier and will watch as much as I can again. About one hour is devoted to legal arguments, then two hours are devoted to public comment, which was heavily weighted to voters from Palm Beach complaining about the butterfly ballot, but mostly otherwise Democrat voters who don't want their popular vote taken away. Afterwards, there are about two hours of legal arguments from Democrat legal scholars, which I missed because I was coaching my son's moot court team.

I caught the tail end, and want to catch the whole thing. As a Dem, you might want to tape it and watch it later if you can't stay up all night. I suggest fast-forwarding through the two hours of bitching from voters, but that's up to you. -g-
