[Wait a minute. . .]

<<<NEC also has a CAP solution. Which HK Telecom will be
using for their rollout this fall. No Amati in this
rollout. Nada. Zippo. Maybe next rollout, but they
are far from any contracts. Amati folks have known this
for a long time. That's why they tell you NEC and smile
letting you put two and two together.>>>

What do you mean someone's fooling us? Of course NEC's looked at CAP. The VDSL by Lucent is CAP and as far as I know that's still set to be rolled out. As for HKT's ADSL rollout, the contract has NOT been finalized. And just as a matter of curiosity, phone Amati and ask who they entertained over the week-end.

When you say "they are far from any contracts," you'd better be prepared to defend your position because I know differently.

Regards,

Pat
