November 28, 2000 Dear Shareholder, Our hope is that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and we look forward to a happy holiday season for all. I spent four days last week out of the country meeting with several parties with an interest in a sublicensing the software from the Company. The trip proved to be a productive several days and the first of many opportunities that will surely come in the future. One of the aspects of the interest was the fact that the Java based software of the Company is not weighted by pornography, which is rampant on the majority of Internet gaming sites. It has long been the feeling of the Board of Directors that pornography does not enhance sites but, is a distraction for the player seeking a fair game on a regular basis. On Wednesday, November 15, 2000, there was an article on Page 3 of the Los Angeles Times entitled "Vegas Officials May Roll the Dice on Online Casino". The City of Las Vegas is considering selling rights to its name to an offshore Internet betting firm. The revenue projections in the article are staggering and exceed any projections given by the industry internally. This mainstream reinforcement gives the Company great hopes for the future of our developed sites and software.
