"i[f] that deal unwinds u don't want to be long that day" - you may be right, but it would be truly ironic considering how angry AOL shareholders were when their shares first took the acquisition hit. I've long thought that the deal, even more than, say, Bezos as Man of the Year, because it was real, was the great SIGNAL. The piece-o ISP buying the great Time-Warner. If the deal doesn't fall apart, then I think it may have been the deal of both centuries.
