Haquihanna, as far as I know, it doesn't appear in the Bible. It seems to be an accepted norm about the age of accountibility where the child is able to make a conscious choice for salvation and understands the differences between right and wrong. As you know, some children mature earlier than others so possibly an 8 year old would be accountable whereas a 12 year old that is very immature would not. That is my understanding, anyway. Were you told differently? That is, should a child go to Heaven up to a certain age before they are saved and understand the process? Santiago
