This change in the stock structure of INCO should have zero effect on the "thinking" of the Newfoundland government. How can it possibly accelerate the development of the mine? Isn't this thing going into cold storage for ten years. It seems the planet is going into a recession now so there is no hurry to bring it on line. The winner is Franco-Nevada: they got their money out of Voisey's Bay after a short time with a profit.
