Karl I don't have the answer to that. It is anticipated that the Merger will become effective as promptly as practicable after the requiste stockholder and shareholder approvals....or before Sept. 15, 1997 is what the merger info. says. Now my understanding from general sources says no USR will be gone by it's next time to report, HOWEVER 3Coms reports this time without USR included...I may be wrong but that's the scuttlebutt! <G>
