Barry, the "GQ" man has greatly underestimated the visionary "mad hungarian". These suites may involve companies and shareholders but I believe it's really all about one man's big EGO. With all the layoffs at DEC over the past 3 years, the rest of their management was probably just too afraid to say something like, "Dumb idea" to their head man. My prediction "GQ" will bring his company very close to disaster before he bellies up for a settlement. One week past Sept 30th. Regards, Michael
