Another rumor that I believe may be false:

It is rumored that, because of the recent interest in "chads" in Florida, the Company has made an offer to buy the entire Republic of Chad in exchange for BIFS stock. Because the entire country has only 5,000 telephones for a nation of more than 8 million people and a telephone system that the CIA describes as "primitive", reportedly, SWOMI will be used to develop a modern communications infrastructure.
