Stock Bull,

I don't have to look up anything. I am familiar enough with them.

Believe me, a company doesn't have to allocate limited supply of anything to everyone. What Intel has is limited in supply and therefore subject to allocation. Such allocation can be divied up any way Intel pleases. If those recieving the allocations don't like it, they don't have to participate.. If Intel or anybody else doesn't want to allocate supply to a company for whatever reason, they still have that right. This is the way it works. There is no governmental interest here nor should there be. The market will be quite efficient without outside intervention.

If DEC can wait long enough and thinks that they can prove their case, then let them. In the meantime, the will go bankrupt trying and run out of money long before a jury ever sees this case. We truly will be several generatio0ns of microprocessor down the raod when this case ever goes to court.

DEC or their board will see the handwriting on the wall soon enough. After enough power is displayed, they will fold.

Barry
