Gore asking the US Supreme Court to IGNORE the Constitution and stop the Florida Legislature from appointing its own Electors. The Constitution could not be more clear about the Legislature's right. This clearly shows that Gore's strategy is to tie up Florida's Electors so they can't vote in the Electoral College at all, thus disenfranchising the whole state. Lenin, Stahlin, et al would be proud.
