I wonder if you could point out in the statutes your additional statement with regard to whether a full manual recount might be taken:

This attempt on your part to write in what clearly is not there is a bit dishonest on your part to portray the situation differently than it is, apparently to suit your bias. We have already seen that the Florida Supreme Court apparently sees no such additional mandate in determining whether a full recount is to be taken.
