Mike,

You and I have always disagreed about the future of the dollar. My earlier arguments still hold, IMHO. Gold standard is a passe, the Euro still sufferring from structural issues with the EU economy (though that is rapidly improving) and Japan is still trying to get the necessary bankruptcies going. So, if the USD weakens, something has to strengthen but there is no good candidate yet.
