TP: Gore merely "won" the national vote, which was well within the statistical possibility that a complete nationwide revote would have uncovered an equal number of votes with a Bush victory...face it, the race was a statistical dead-heat...another point..election eve was a snapshot of time..what do you think a national revote would produce today...Gore has clearly, imho expended what little capital he had with this incessant litigation...there is NO WAY he'd be ahead by 300k votes at this time.... doc
