Ok that makes me feel better, so I DO know what a "good" company looks like. Freeus I'm luckier than many: I still have enough in cash to buy a cheapie home outright when I move and the land for building a better house later on. Eventually I 'll still have a house and a rental like I do now but they'll be bought with cash, which these two were not. But I must admit I feel stupid. The churning was awful, I admit, and devastated my portfolio...I have been first sick (infected tooth ended up infecting all of me...beware of gum infections they are worse than you think) and then deep depression for a while during which I just bought and sold looking for a million dollars. I think I'm ok now. You have been a kind gentleman and I appreciate it. Freeus
