With all of the dilution that is about to occur, IF the Affinity deal actually closes, we will probably see this great company back down in the penny range, (<.10) before the next reverse split. I wonder how many shares Robert Gordon got to step down? This means more downward pressure. I mean the guy has to live at a level he is accustomed to!! ROTFLMAO
