Rumorville: HITT to buy AZNT?

Rumor has it HITT will acquire AZNT for a reported $100 million. Although CEO Dorian Reed states that HITT doesn't have the cash, it will put up collateral for the deal. Supposely a collection of "beanie babies", with an appraised value of $100,000,001.
When AZNT CEO was asked if he was comfortably with this arrangement, he was said to have muttered, "Hey, I trust DR, he's my kinda guy."
