The author of the article referenced in my previous post makes a good point. Our patent laws need to be changed so that a "technology loser" (CYRX/DEC) cannot use strong arm tactics to muscle their way into a competive position. If Intel makes the chips that people want, let CYRX and DEC grab for the leftover scraps. It's the American way. IMO, any company that is so pathetic that it has to resort to lawsuits to survive may as well throw in the towel. They've already lost.
