Bruce, I turned rant mode off, just for you, since I like much of the work you have done on the GG thread. I may have a foul mouth, but I'm a funny and honest guy. Your threats cannot stop me from talking about the facts.

Explain to me why Visiontech was worth $700M in this environment?

I do realize that BRCM wanted a division in Israel, but I still don't "get" the price paid. VT does not have that much IPR that I am aware of? Am I wrong?

Also, with the boat load of top notch engineers already on board, why do they need more UNLESS they gained some major IPR from the purchase?

I'm all ears.

WASHINGTON, DC, Nov. 30, 2000 (States via COMTEX) -- William Ruehle, affiliate, Broadcom Corp. in Irvine, Calif., reported on Nov. 20, 2000, the proposed sale of 10,000 shares on Nov. 15, 2000, for $1,700,000 through Morgan Stanley & Co.
