that's extremely naive. i re-iterate my belief that the loan default problems may already be much worse than is being let on, or than the banks themselves realize (i.e. there are very likely many debtors that have not yet defaulted technically, but are ABOUT to do so. btw, Lernout & Hauspie went bankrupt, with $430 m. in bank debts...)
