MB-- Pretty sure that a saw something about MRN filing for bankruptcy today. And that this action is a formality in the procedure(s) for the company to be taken over by the acquiring company (Washington Builders?). My information may be incomplete, and its certainly fuzzy. You may wish to doublle check on some of the news wire services. I'd suggest 'briefing.com' as the the most likely. Regards, Paul
