Does Gore's "No Controlling Legal Authority" line of reasoning bother you in the least? I would not use those words but they don't bother me. It is like saying I went right up to the line of known legal limits without knowingly crossing that line. As a lawyer, I understand it but it came across as - whatever I can get away with.
