Novametrix Announces Agreement to Distribute Agilent Reusable Oximetry Sensors

Monitoring Systems is Expected to Accelerate Novametrix's Capitated Oximetry Conversion Program
Novametrix Medical Systems Inc. (Nasdaq:NMTX) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Agilent Technologies (NYSE:A) under which Novametrix will distribute Agilent's reusable oximetry sensors for use in Agilent patient monitors.

Earlier this month, Novametrix announced an agreement with GE Medical Systems Information Technologies under which Novametrix will manufacture reusable oximetry sensors for GE patient monitors.
