Ah.....and just where did you get that information. One point is certain...the Illinois case was completely misrepresented by the Gore legal team. That Illinois case came to the opposite conclusion claimed by the affidavit. Dimpled chads were *not* counted; hence, the precedent the court alluded to in its ruling was false. (BTW, my source for this is my local newspaper which is liberal.)
