Chris, both Clive Johnson and Barry Rayment are on the Board of Aranlee, and as far as I understand, they are affiliated with the Bema group (I believe Clive Johnson is the current President and CEO of Bema Gold). I think another director of Aranlee, Roger Richer, is also the President of Arizona Star. I have only recently become a shareholder of ARB, and the strength of the management team is one of the primary reasons for my decision. Perhaps you might want to ask Mr. Jim Kasten, who is the Secretary of ARB and who posts to this forum, if he can give details about the specific involvement of each of the directors. Regards, dk
