Spy, Doug Crook from Prudential is famous for those types of calls. He'll upgrade and downgrade at will - always in the wrong direction and just a few weeks or months apart. He downgraded i2 around $50 or so back in 1999 and then upgraded it over $200. (Actually I think he changed his rating several times in 1999, but I don't have the details in front of me). Yes, the name caught my eye back then as well. He was born to do his job... BB
