Freeus - know I've done stupid things Dear Freeus everyone of the old friends on this thread can say and do say that to themselves a lot these dark days.

But if its any consolation I think the NAZ is at or around the bottom. I did say earlier this week that I expected below 2,000 but I think that some Fed action would occur before that as it could wreka havoc in the financial markets and the Fed doesn't want that as mucjh as Mr G has it in for the NAZ. Yes I do believe he wants to teach us all a lesson but I think he has done that and he knows it.

I think we will soon see auto sales slowing and fast and maybe house sales too. Auto sales slowing could brign layy-offs very quickly and Mr G would notice that. Also jobless numbers were up today I believe.

Even Bill Seidman said today quite firmly that the next move on interest rates would be down and he even mentioned 1/4%. Thats quite good from him becuase I find hm ususally quite depressing.

Quite how we get throught the next week or two till the election is decided I can't begin to guess.

All I can say is to ease up till you feel relatively comfortable and that it just sort of feels like its the dark before dawn.

One thing is that we have to believe that in three to five years from now the favorite stocks here will be higher than they are today. I guess we have to believe that this is not the end of the market. Sounds crazy tohave to say that but it helps me focus on the future.

Best regards,

L
