Michael, this announcement should have absolutely n o impact on PCTL revenues. The video that they are talking about is high bandwidth video which is the complete opposite of what PCTL and their competitors are trying to do. PCTL codes the data with compression algorithms in order to be able to deliver good video using minimal bandwidth (on PC systems usually 112/128 kbps). Using higher bandwidth in dialled networks fast becomes unaffordable. The 1 mbps or more needed to bring TV or cinema quality to the Desktop would cost 16 times or more the price of a normal phone call. PCTL video only costs twice the price of a normal phone call. So don't worry on that behalf. Maybe PCTL will be able to use parts of this technology to improve its video, but there will be no direct threat. Rich
