since we went +6 SD during the Inet mania, my prediction is we go negative 5 SD. we are now at -4. sd according to cnbc note-standard deviation from dow/naz combined trend slope for 15 yrs. our market is not like japan, although extremes one way yield extremes the other. in the end, we settle back to the trend line, but not before a +4 SD, I hope.
