Actually I have heard less charges of fraud in the actual voting procedure then usual. 2 cases of felony voting fraud in one state. That seems like a lot to me. it all washes out No it doesn't. I'm tired of this weak argument that mistakes elsewhere offset mistakes in Florida or both candidates benefited from mistakes equally. That's crap and you know that if Bush was behind by 500 votes in Florida you'd be calling for recounts too. The fact is that we don't know who benefited from more mistakes because Bush won't step aside and let the votes be counted. Not to mention the fact that Republican elections officials allowed the GOP to have unprecedented access to absentee ballot requests. Democrats were not given the same opportunity and in an election this close that probably made all the difference. That's why those votes in Seminole and Martin County must be disqualified. Gore has had a minimum of two counts statewide, in some areas up to 4. Fact is there are numerous votes that have never been counted. There are punch cards taht the machines can't read no matter how many times they are sent through. Until a human being looks at these cards they will not have been counted. He has successfully knocked out innumerable Military Ballots that one would agree was IN FACT a real bonafide vote The GOP also knocked out numerous military votes because they failed to comply with Florida election law. I believe that all military ballots that can be counted should be counted. I think Gore would tell you the same thing if you asked him. Broward democrats DIVINE the vote More GOP platitudes. Broward County was following the law and logic when they examined the ballots. Intent of the voter is the standard. The word "DEVINE" implies that there is some magic that is required to tell what a voters intent was. Fact is in most cases it's pretty clear. Besides the fact that a punch card reader also is "devining", or interpreting, a voters intent when punch carsd are fed through. That's what we do in elections. Voters mark down their intent and we "devine" or interpret their ballots to register their vote. The man lost after recount, the manly thing to have done was to concede and not drag the nation through this Funny, I can't see how Bush could have tried so hard to obfuscate a recount if he was so sure he won. The only way Bush could have succeeded in his Sore Loserman rhetoric would have been if he had allowed a full recount and still won. He lost the high ground a long time ago. I honestly dont see how ANYONE could now want Gore as President seeing his REAL SIDE I honestly dont see how ANYONE could now want Bush as President seeing his REAL SIDE
