Gore is grabbing for straws .. If he can grab enough of them, then yes, he would show that he won by a very few votes.

But is that the "will of the people?" To prove that you are better at clutching straws than the other person who isn't even trying to do the same?

As for the claim that a vote that show no choice for President must be in error ... well .. that idea is simply false. There really are people that had no choice. These are real people that, for whatever reason, simply did not pick anybody. And their votes (or should I say non-votes) should not be forced to fit into some vote that they did not wish.

The areas in FL in question actually had a lower percentage of this kind of non-vote than the national average!

There is nothing to show that this is a real undercount.

In addition, to make the public claim that that this immagined undercount exists, only serves to undermine our system and urge the public toward civil war.

Are riots in the streets an outcome that you would like to see?
