ICTI Awarded $1.735 Million Contract by Star Digital, Turkish DTH Operator

GAITHERSBURG, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 2000--Innovative
Communications Technologies Inc. (ICTI), a subsidiary of Advanced
Remote Communication Solutions Inc. (ARCOMS)(OTCBB:BTRK), announced
today that it has been awarded a (U.S.) $1.735 million contract by
Star Digital, a Turkish Direct-to-Home (DTH) television operator.
Under this contract, ICTI will provide a turnkey Integrated RF
Front End System operating in the DBS band, based on integration of
commercial off-the-shelf equipment and ICTI-proprietary software. The
resulting service will allow Star Digital to offer to its subscribers
a wide variety of digital broadcast television channels throughout
Turkey and the surrounding area. Other contractual details were not
disclosed.
