Secretary Richardsons comments today:

The United States is prepared to release an unspecified amount of
crude oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, if Iraq makes good on a
threat to stop exporting about 2.4 million barrels of oil per day, U.S.
Energy Secretary Bill Richardson said Thursday. The energy chief said the
United States is "not terribly concerned" about the Iraqi threat but noted
that Persian Gulf oil exporting states, including Saudi Arabia, will "make
up the shortfall" in the event of curtailed Iraqi shipments

Question is what happens when we run out of SPR oil then what?
