Talked to the company today and found out that some of the "paper work" required for the report that should have been filed needed to come from the Yugoslavian joint venture partner. Because of the current situation there (many faces changing as Kostunica takes over the reins of power) the necessary paper work has been delayed, however progress is being made and the company should file the necessary documents with the BCSEC in relatively short order. Bottom line, Erin's appearance on the list of issuers in default is basically a technicality and should be rectified soon.
