I don't think you really understand W. He didn't hang out in the frat house, drank beer with the boys, and skipped classes so he can let the likes of Cheney, Lott, and Delay tell him what to do.
He always had these guys around to shine his cowboy boots, do his term papers, and get copies of old exams. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
Albert would probably have done pretty much the same things, if he had more time on his hands, and didn't have to recreate "Love Story" with Tipper.
You have to hand it to both of these guys. They have, unbelievably gotten all us poor folks to identify with one or the other. Pretty funny when you think about it.
