Global Logistics Provider TNT Post Group Selects Customer Relationship Management Software from Industri-Matematik

MT. LAUREL, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 2000--Industri-Matematik International Corp. (NASDAQ: IMIC) today announced TNT Post Group N.V. (TPG), one of the largest logistics service providers in the world, has selected its VIVALDI(TM)software for a global customer relationship management (CRM) system.

TPG, headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, operates in more than 200 countries and provides mail, express and logistics services. It will deploy VIVALDI contact center capabilities to manage inbound and outbound interactions with customers. Additionally, TPG will use VIVALDI marketing and sales automation software to measure, monitor and modify sales campaigns as well as manage customer service operations. The first VIVALDI CRM implementation is now underway at TPG-Germany with a planned site of 1000 users.
