I have just gotten off the telephone with Fran Barsky. here's a brief synopsis.. The Nichia-Toyoda Gosei ruling DOES NOT affect CREE...this is over Sapphire...CREE is SiC NOTHING has changed..outlook is still same Greenberg's (TSCM)article contains "outright lies" (contrary to stupid comments on the Yahoo thread) Hunter's trip to Asia/Europe is just part of normal business Migration to 3" wafers and new (125k sq ft-is there another 1?) mfg. facility are definitely on target As far as share price is concerned...backlog and orders have all been disclosed...everything is definitely on plan..what more good news do you need? Cree is being held hostage after many co's have warned of slow down in demand (which Cree is not experiencing) Nok, Ericy, Mot, Altr etc......
