Both Greenline and Bank of Montreal have access to quotes. For investorline you get pull down menus where you pick the month, strike, etc. whereas Greenline need you to know the option code lingo. Try :

bmo.com

and sign up for the public use. For now it's free. I still prefer the Montreal Exchange summary for quick and easy comparison of different strike prices.
