I really dont do t much with that program anymore.

you need to go to www.egroups.com, search for "qcharts", join the group, and then go to te qcharts files area.

there you will find a zip file called "SelectServer".
that is the QfeedStart program package - it is maintained by Larry Marchman out on the qcharts egroups list

he keeps an updated base.ini file there
