Well, if I remember correctly, the GSNX deal was
a stock swap, in which each GSNX share would be
converted to 0.58 NVLS shares (or something like that).

GSNX has ~16M shares (=8-9M NVLS shares). NVLS
has 131M outstanding. So that doesn't seem too much
of a dilution.
