Ham Quist downgraded IDTI to a buy but I noticed HMQT buying aggressively. I think this means, "We downgrade it because we'll look bad if it crashes while we have a strong buy rating. But then we'll be buyers if it does."

Anyway, the best way for me to judge what will happen is by technical analysis. This is still going to be a trader's market for a while. I am hoping for a lot of volatility but hope the support levels hold solidly. I've gotten stung recently by the sharp downturns even though I try to sell as rallies fade.
