Jeffrey A. Muller to Resign As CEO But Remain as Chairman; Search for a New CEO Is Underway


SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 2000--Save The World Air Inc. (OTC:ZERO) announced today that its Chairman and CEO Jeffrey A. Muller would resign from the post as Chief Executive Officer effective Jan. 1, 2001. The company said it has already begun a search for a successoz.

Muller, who founded the company, is credited with commercializing the Zero Emission Fuel Saver Device. He will remain as chairman of the company, will continue to assist in worldwide marketing efforts. The company announced that it will initially pursue an American for the position.

"I have worked hard to develop the Zero Emission Fuel Saver Device," said Muller. "Given the enormous potential for the Device and the worldwide commercial opportunities available, it is time that we bring in an executive who has both the expertise and relationships to capitalize on its potential. I am confident that with this new leadership we will be able to generate the returns that our shareholders deserve. I want to thank our shareholders for their patience as we have pursued re-listing on the Bulletin Board."

Save The World Air will submit a completed updated package to a market maker located in Los Angeles for sponsorship to the Bulletin Board this week. The company has also updated and will refile all of its financial statements, including making them available through Edgar this week.
