Of COURSE some Hindus and MANY agnostics and many Muslims have read the scriptures and know what they say. Just because you don't know anything about their religions doesn't mean they don't know all about yours. I have a close Hindu friend and she has read the scriptures. I can't say she thinks much of them, but then neither do I.

You are ascribing ignorance to whole CLASSES of people. I thought you told us you weren't prejudiced. You are, apparently, ignorant and prejudiced.
