well my long and illustrious run of no crashing with win2000pro just came to a screeching halt..... at 20 days.

i was using ie5.0 and right after reading your post about the extra links at the bottom of the page, i went to the drop down window and highlighted create a huge swapfile. instant i did that, SNAP, out went the desktop lights. i mean there was an audible snapping noise, then a super brief blue screen error message that i could not read (there for only 3 seconds) and then windows auto rebooted.

being the masochist that i am, i went right back to the same page and tried to duplicate the crash, but the link worked.

guess i'm back in the real world again....
