OT Her office issued a statements to the effect that hand counts were illegal and she would not accept them. She did not consult with the Florida Attorney General, a democrat, who later issued a contradictory statement. This was a partisan attempt to stonewall and it worked. Two of the three most important hand recounts were never finished.
