Thank you so much for pointing that out. If more people thought like you did, this world would be a better place. As for Clinton, he came into office wanting to change the face of America and left a sell out- he had a chance to revolutionize entitlements and he sold out to the Republican congress. Great political move, poor for the inner city. Somehow, the suburbanites dominating these messages boards need to realize what a drastic difference there is in the inner city. Ask an inner city youth to define hope- looking around at the despair all around him. The war on drugs never occured when the problem was in the inner city- only when it started reaching children of executives and professionals outside urban areas did it become an issue.
