Today's Updates from Sideware: "To all our shareholders, I have had a few queries regarding a presentation we are doing on December 7th at General Services Administration (GSA) Headquarters in Washington. Most of you seem to have found it on the CommerceNet site so I have attached the link for those of you that haven't. The show at the GSA is a wrap up of the Social Security Administration (SSA) "Proof of Concept" program developed by CommerceNet. (SSA release that went out on June 13th, 2000). This show is providing other government agencies the opportunity to hear what happened during this pilot project and to see first hand the products, features, and solutions that the participating vendors demonstrated. Scott Friedlander will be at the day-long event. Executives from all of the federal government agencies have been invited to hear and see demonstrations of the four "threads" of the customer service pilot project for SSA. Mr. Friedlander will give a 10 minute talk describing the "thread" that Sideware was involved with, which involved web-based customer service and web chat. Sideware will also have two booths at the GSA event. One table will demo the SSA pilot thread" and the other table will demo our eCRM solution. Another great opportunity for exposure.
