Nadine, she followed the instructions from the FLSC exactly. They said if she was open on Sunday the recount submission deadline was 5pm. If she was not open on Sunday, then the deadline was 9am on Monday. She had exactly one decision allowed her > whether to be open on Sunday or not. Once she stated they would be open on Sunday she had to follow FLSC 5pm deadline.
