Hi Bud ... Yes Reliance Tech and Topher have been elimated for non profit ... of course it will show till after the 10K but if the operation is not profitable it is deleted. Also Quantum did two discontinues also. One being their hardware division and now only do hardware as a reorder or as part of a total job. This was discussed in the shareholder meeting and now has become a reality. I believe they have totally cleaned up the past canceled the free internet access and anything that does not add to EBITA. Now they state the EBITA is profitable but I also realize they have 9 months of non profitable operations also that is going to counter the EPS. But they appear to be gearing to 2001 after the 10K as the time to finally show just how well the "Burn Rate" has been addressed. :-) Gary
