Refers to the use of a Corporate structure involving the Netherland Antilles as a part of an offshore tax/liability avoidance system. The laws of the NA will not allow anyone to find the real owners out. So you have an absolute barrier to nosy lawyers, governments etc. Since it is not part of the BRE-X thread, I will stop at this point. However I will start a thread called "offshore tax havens" and all may post there. Bill
